A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 4, 2017, around 15:30 on November 15, 2017, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence, E, the residence of the victim D, located in Busan, Busan, Seojin-gu, and the victim refused to talk with the Defendant, and the victim did not have to talk with the Defendant, and entered the victim’s residence, by means of stairs, which are forced to enter the victim’s residence and have not been corrected, open the entrance, and open the entrance door installed in the victim’s residence B, and put the hand into the victim’s residence, and intrudes upon the victim’s residence.

At the time of the day set forth in Paragraph 1, the Defendant damaged the unexploited market price, such as: (a) the victim D was not open the door, and the closed door, which was fixed on the wall of the victim D, installed in the front line, was broken down several times; and (b) the victim D was separated from the wall, at the time of the day set out in Section 1 (3) above; and (c) the market price was destroyed to the extent that the victim D was not open.

On April 29, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million at the Busan District Court to a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), at the Ulsan District Court on June 26, 2015, and a fine of KRW 1 million at the Ulsan District Court on January 13, 2016, and at the Ulsan District Court on twice or more occasions.

On September 27, 2017, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven Jone Starsch Rexroth under the influence of alcohol content of about 700 meters from the front of the “G cafeteria” road located in the Busan Suwon-gu F to the front of the “I cafeteria” road located in the same Gu H to the “I cafeteria” road located in the same Gu.

4. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in a driving service of Jone Star Co., Ltd.

The Defendant, like paragraph 3, was stopped in order to turn to the left while driving the I cafeteria at the same time, and driving a two-lane road in front of the “I cafeteria” located in P of Busan, Suwon-gu, at the same time as the eastburg and driving the two-lane at the same time as that of the hospital.
