Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2016, at around 14:30 on January 20, 2016, the Defendant publicly insultingd the said victim by stating that, within the convenience store, the victim D and his employees who are the owner of the business, the victim raised the victim's speech in relation to the calculation of the drinking water value of the victim D and his employees, the victim was able to have two police officers, the victim's birth, and the victim's store employees.
