The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the obstruction of duties among the facts charged in the instant case, the forgery of private documents, and the use of the document using a deceptive scheme, and the obstruction of performing official duties through a deceptive scheme. In so doing, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the obstruction of official duties, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, such as “deficiencies of deceptive scheme” or “original management duties,” “private document forgery,” or “explient and presumed consent,” or “deficient consent,” or “deficien act,” etc. of obstructing official duties through a deceptive scheme.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
