Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving) is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car with the highest risk.

On August 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car while under influence of 0.168% of alcohol concentration in blood around 23:44, and was driving at a speed of 0.168% in the direction of the distance between South and North Korea along the five-lane roads located in 10-lane 6, Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

A person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to make a speed reduction and safe according to traffic conditions by accurately operating the steering direction and brake system, which is well seen before, after, after, and after the driving of motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) was in the influence of drinking alcohol, the Defendant divided into two parts; (b) the walking condition is big; and (c) the victim C (33) waiting the signaled at the front of the car drive due to occupational negligence, which is going to the front, without showing the front side properly while having difficulty in driving under normal conditions, such as blood color is maintained; and (d) the part on the back of the car drive operated by the Defendant as the front part of the car drive by the Defendant.

Around August 25, 2017, the Defendant was driving a B-hand motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 17k in the section of approximately 17km from the front side of the large-scale 351, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Do Do Do to the 6rd side of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
