Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 25, 2017, around 07:30 on November 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) confirmed the details of the report and recommended the Defendant to return home after having received 112 reports prior to Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan Police Station C police box affiliated with the Seoul Yongsan-gu Police Station C police box; (b) took the bath to the said D; and (c) committed assault, such as having the breast part of the breast by the hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning 112 reporting handling duties.

2. The Defendant publicly insulting the victim D, who had many and unspecified persons at the same time, time, and place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, by putting the victim “A bitch flus fe. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.,”
