1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 61,069,781 as well as 15% per annum from March 4, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. On May 27, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) supplied the Defendant Company A with the product equivalent to KRW 61,069,781, including “each pipe,” etc.; and (b) drafted a written agreement to receive 61,069,781, Jun. 27, 2014; (c) obtained joint and several guarantee for the above obligation from the Defendant B; and (d) accordingly, (c) sought performance of the said agreement by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
