The Defendant is a person who drives one’s own B rocketing vehicles.

On March 12, 2013, at around 01:20, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 50 meters under the influence of alcohol level of 0.154% on the roads front of the 1060-1 historical station in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
