On December 19, 2012, the Defendant driven around 0.166% of the blood alcohol concentration at around 20:28 on December 19, 2012, the Defendant driven approximately 3 km of the said vehicle from the front day of the Seo-gu Pungdong in Gwangju, Seo-gu to the front day of the sales store of the two vehicles located in the Newdong in Gwangju Mine-gu.
