Acquittal of the accused shall be acquitted.
Reasons
1. Although the person charged of the instant case was prohibited from transferring access media in using and managing access media, the Defendant, on October 4, 2016, at around 15:00, received 1,000,000 won per 1,00,000 won per 1,000,000 won per 1,000,000 won per 1,000,000,000 won per 1,000,000,000 won per 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00
Accordingly, the defendant transferred the access media to the defendant.
2. According to the records of this case, ① the Defendant, at the Daegu District Court on April 13, 2017, sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and two years of suspension of execution on April 21, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 21, 2017. ② The summary of the crime in the final and conclusive judgment is as follows: “The Defendant is a person operating a private soil on October 4, 2016, and the personal account is necessary.” The Defendant sent a physical card, one million won per card, if it is sent.
