Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant resides in K Apartment-si 101 Dong 416, 101, and has no special occupation, and L is a person who resides in the 3th floor of YY-gu, Jeonju-si, and is a cause of the company.

When it is intended to import goods, the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods, and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of a customs office, and no list of goods for sale shall be cleared and an import declaration shall be filed

Nevertheless, the defendant paid sports orders and payments to the United States, and L was willing to import them in collusion with each other to sell them after receiving them in Korea by way of customs clearance without filing an import declaration for the purpose of personal use by lending the name of several persons.
