A. The second floor of the D ground No. 201 of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 48.84 square meters of reinforced concrete structure.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The establishment of a collateral security and the proceeding of a voluntary auction procedure are set up in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, 136 square meters (hereinafter “instant site”).
(2) On May 7, 2008, the establishment registration of a mortgage was completed in the vicinity of the Seo River Credit Cooperative on May 7, 2008, and on May 27, 2008, the establishment registration of a superficies was completed on June 4, 2008, and on the site of this case, on December 28, 2007, the existing building was removed on the site of this case and the construction of a 4-story building on the ground of this case was completed on March 14, 2008 (No. 364.6.4 of the site of this case) with construction permission from the head of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City on March 28, 2008, and on January 19, 2008, on March 3, 2008, the ownership registration was completed on March 4, 2014 of the site of this case (No. 1014.36.44 of the site of this case).
3) E is the 48.84 square meters of reinforced concrete structure No. 201 of the second floor (hereinafter “instant building”).
(4) On March 17, 2009, E completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale as of March 3, 2009. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 13, 2009, adding the aforementioned subparagraphs 101, 301, 401, and 401 to the Seo River Credit Union as a joint collateral, and thereafter, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of the said land as of March 17, 2009. The registration of ownership transfer was completed on the part of the site ownership of the instant building among the instant land (hereinafter “instant land”), 43.002/136 (hereinafter “the instant land”), 101, 301, and 401 on the ground as Seoul Northern District Court H and I (Dual).
5. In the above voluntary auction procedure, the Plaintiff’s land of this case on February 11, 2010.
