Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant driven a car in the C Coin column without purchasing liability insurance at approximately 200 meters from the same apartment section of approximately 200 meters in front of the B apartment in Yangju-si, Yangju-si, 205.

3. 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서 현장에 출동한 F파출소 소속 순경 H이 피고인에게 음주측정 전 입안을 행구라며 종이컵에 물을 따라주자, 순경 H이 들고 있던 플라스틱 물병을 빼앗은 후 “뭘 어쩌라고, 왜 나한테 그래”라고 소리를 지르며 순경 H의 얼굴에 종이컵을 집어 던지고 플라스틱 물병에 담긴 물을 몸에 뿌리는 등 폭행하였다.
