A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of the building in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, where the victim resides, and the victim C (V, 52 years old) is the tenant of the above public announcement board.
