1. The defendant A and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months, and the defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on November 21, 2013, after having been sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Suwon method Board, it terminated the execution of the sentence on April 30, 2014.

The Defendants treated narcotics as follows, even though they are not authorized by the authorities under the law, and are not authorized by the authorities.

1. Purchase, teaching, medication of Defendant A’s phiphonephones;

Then, on December 9, 2016, Defendant A, along with F and G around 19:40 on December 19, 2016, had F and G waiting in front of the building of Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and had F and G waiting in a passenger car. Defendant A boarded the Lone Starsch Rexroth who was driven by C from the mixed vehicle, and 80,000 won to C and 5 g of the penphone.

Accordingly, the defendant A purchased philophones from F and G in collusion with F and G.

B. On June 6, 2017, Defendant A, at around 17:25, delivered phiphones, to K, prior to “J gas station” located in Ulsan-gun I, the Defendant: (a) provided, without compensation, approximately 0.07 g of philophones with low paper.

On July 11, 2017, the Defendant administered philophones, approximately 0.15g g of philophones at the Defendant’s residence (Ulsan-gun L. M.) around 21:00.
