1.(a)

Defendant National Transport Limited Partnership Company (hereinafter “Defendant National Transport Limited Partnership Company”) shall be the Plaintiff S for KRW 2,919,08 and its amount from January 1, 2014 to September 28, 2016.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants are corporations with the objective of general taxi transportation business under the Passenger Transport Service Act in the Gwangju metropolitan area. The Plaintiffs are taxi drivers who were employed or work for the Defendants.

B. (1) The Plaintiffs’ monthly working days of the period during which they worked as taxi engineers belonging to the Defendants (a recognized work day, weekly work day, night work day, annual work day, official work day, sick work day, holiday work day), monthly weekly weekly work day, monthly paid holiday day, monthly paid holiday day, and regular paid holiday day, respectively.

The number shall be as shown in the corresponding part of the attached Form 3 X-cell file.

For calculation, the contractual work hours per day are indicated as 6.5, 6.67, 6.44 minutes on the back of 6.6 hours and 6.73 minutes on the back of 6.6 hours and 40 minutes.

(3) The details of the wages the Plaintiffs received while serving as a taxi engineer belonging to the Defendants are as stated in the separate “wages” list of the attached X-cell files.
