On March 27, 2019, the Defendant received instructions from the above name in the “E” via the mobile Messenger from the victim, and received KRW 9.9 million from the victim before the Diplomatic Association, and deposited approximately KRW 8 million in the account designated by the above name in advance, and collected the remainder of the money from the Chinese purchaser.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the employees in charge of scaming in name, by deceiving the victim, and by deceiving the victim, by receiving 9 million won from the victim.
