1. Fraud;

나. 피해자 B에 대한 2019. 6. 5.자 사기 피고인은 2019. 6. 5. 04:00경 위 D노래방에서 사실은 술값을 지불할 의사나 능력이 없으면서 마치 술값을 지불할 것처럼 행세하며 술을 주문하여 이에 속은 피해자로부터 시가 합계 280,000원 상당의 팬텀 양주 2병과 유흥접객서비스 등 합계 400,000원 상당을 제공받고 그 대금을 지불하지 않아 같은 액수 상당의 재산상 이익을 취득하였다.

2. A thief: (a) around 23:00 on May 25, 2019, the Defendant was placed on the floor of the victim’s house located in Kimhae-si I building and the victim’s house located in J by making use of the gap in the house.
