1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 55,414,318 and KRW 54,263,222 out of the said money. From June 11, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

On November 2, 2016, the Plaintiff agreed to repay the principal and interest of KRW 92 million per annum, 11.9% per annum, 14.9% per annum, 60 months per annum, and 55,414, 318 won per annum on the condition that the Plaintiff would lose the benefit of the due date. At the time of nonperformance, Defendant C guaranteed the obligation of Defendant C at the time of default; Defendant B lost the benefit of the due date due to the occurrence of delinquency from May 5, 2019; Defendant B lost the benefit of the due date from May 5, 2019; as of June 10, 2019, Defendant B bears the obligation of the principal and interest of KRW 54,263,222 to the Plaintiff as of June 10, 2019; interest of KRW 27,099; interest of KRW 27,099. There is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
