1. The Defendant’s annual interest in KRW 493,717,984 and KRW 384,405,00 among the Plaintiff, from July 25, 2013 to October 19, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 27, 2010, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation set a loan of KRW 384,405,00 to the Defendant on January 27, 201, at the interest rate MOR base rate 4.3%, and at the highest rate of 19% per annum, and thereafter, the loan period was extended by November 30, 201.

However, the defendant delayed the payment of interest and lost the benefit of time on October 1, 201.

B. The balance of the principal and interest of loans as of July 24, 2013 is KRW 493,717,984 (one hundred9,312,984, including principal, interest of KRW 384,405,00), and the interest rate for delay is 15% per annum.

C. On March 2, 2012, the Plaintiff was divided by the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation under the Agricultural Cooperatives Act.

The Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 493,717,984 won in total and 384,405,00 won in principal among the principal and interest of the Plaintiff, 15% per annum pursuant to the agreement from July 25, 2013 to October 19, 2013, and 20% per annum pursuant to the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment.

3. The plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted as reasonable.
