Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating the Daegu Northern-gu C head office, and the victim D (V, 22 years old) was a Chinese student, who was an employee of the said head office.

1. On March 3, 2011, between 20:00 and 02:00 the following day, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by putting the victim’s side gate and sea gate from the head of the above head office to 02:00.

2. On March 5, 201, from around 18:30 to 05:30 on the following day, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by her hand by breaking the victim’s ship and her mar and her mar.

3. On March 6, 2011, between 18:00 and 04:00 the following day, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by putting the victim’s neck at the head of the above head office with the care of the victim.

4. On March 7, 2011, from around 20:00 to 22:00 of the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by having the victim wear the side interest of the victim from the head of the above head of the head of the head office, and having the victim cover the neck.
