Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 800,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in agriculture in B and works as the Chairperson of “C”.

No one shall make contributions to an election for a candidate or a political party to which he belongs.

Nevertheless, on June 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) had 10 persons, such as “C” members G, who are residents of the election district in front of the above farmers’ counseling center around June 9, 2018, were killed in the H bus with KRW 200,00 and operated the said bus by I to the election office of the above F candidate in J; (b) around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant had 10 persons, such as “C” members G, who were residents of the election district in front of the above farmers’ counseling center, operated the bus again from the above election office to the above farmers’ counseling center on June 9, 2018.

As a result, the Defendant provided 10,000 won of the total traffic convenience to 10,000 won, including G, etc. for the candidate F, and made a contribution.
