A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 28, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (such as Violence, etc. to Drivers) at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) on the alleyway near the Busan National Park (Gu), Busan National Park (Gu), which was located in Busan District, where the victim C (69 years old) was boarding a D taxi and sought to get the windows from the Plaintiff while the Defendant was passing ahead of the Busan Jin-gu Office in the same Dong (69 years old). 2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 2016. 2. 28. 19:30 경 부산 부산진구 부전동에 있는 부산진 경찰서 지하 1 층 주차장 엘리베이터 앞에서 부산진 경찰서 민원실에 근무하는 순경 E가 제 1 항에 기재한 C의 방문신고를 접수하고 피고인에게 담당 형사가 올 때까지 기다려 달라고 하자 이에 격분하여 “ 니가 뭔 데 내 아들뻘이 네, 니가 내한테 왜 그라는데 ”라고 말하며 위 E의 몸을 밀치며 멱살을 잡고, 위 E가 “ 경찰에게 함부로 이러시면 안 됩니다
