Punishment of the crime

B is designated as the recipient of medical benefits as the third degree of disability, and most of the medical expenses of medical institutions such as hospitals and pharmacies are subsidized from the Medical Benefit Fund. The defendant is a disabled class B, who was aware of from around 2007.

On 2010, the Defendant was unable to receive medical treatment because he did not pay the medical fees for opening the body and did not pay it to B in the name of the hospital in the subway 2100 Station located near the subway Month Polol located in Daegu Jung-gu.

Accordingly, the victim paid expenses for benefits equivalent to 20,880 won to the above doctor, thereby allowing the defendant and B to obtain property benefits that are exempted from the payment of the medical expenses equivalent to the same amount.

As above, the Defendant and B conspired to obtain a total amount of 6,271,150 won by deceiving the victim through the aforementioned method 274 times, as described in the list of crimes, from May 8, 2010 to December 28, 2016, as well as from May 8, 2010 to December 28, 2016, and received medical benefits by deception or other unlawful means.
