If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2013, at around 21:10, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km from the roads in front of the Donsan Park Park in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the roads in front of the Sudukpo-gu, Daegu-dong, in a state of alcohol of 0.104% of blood alcohol concentration.
