On December 16, 2018, around 13:30 on December 16, 2018, the Defendant driven BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.105% alcohol concentration around 0.105% from the vicinity of the additional digital group in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul to the roads under the jurisdiction of the distribution bridge in the old direction of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
