Defendant C Co., Ltd. is a corporation that mainly manufactures and sells vessels and various maritime structures such as air control devices and ventilation devices.

1. On July 15, 2014, at around 05:24:51 (U.S. hours: 17:24:51 on the same day: Korean time) Defendant’s technical research institute affiliated with the above company, copied the “E” program without permission, which the complainant D’s copyright, to his personal Nowon-gu, in the absence of the previous date, and used it for business purposes at the above office at the time of the foregoing day.

2. Defendant B (Representative for Technical Research Institute)

A. On August 22, 2012, the Defendant, at the foregoing company’s technical research institute, copied without permission the “E” program that the complainant D (owner) has copyright at the location-pc for interpretation use used by himself/herself, and used for business purposes.

B. On May 29, 2015, the Defendant, at the foregoing company’s technical research institute, illegally reproduced and used the said “E” program in the location-02-P for interpretation use used by himself/herself.

3. As set forth in Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2, Defendant C Co., Ltd.’s employees infringed upon Defendant C’s copyright regarding Defendant’s work.

1. Judgment on Defendant A

(a) Software of the Company, which is an complainant, consists of E Program and other Programs, for example, a co-operation program, such as automobile engines.

When intending to operate a program low-price software, the complainant shall use it with a license granted by the company.

License shall be issued to the consumer of software in the file format (e.g., Licse.txt).

If a consumer uses a track, which has not been reproduced or certified, information on it shall be automatically transmitted to the complainant via the Internet.

This is called Track information.

The date and time of the implementation, the type of the program, the user's name, and the IP address.
