Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a Chinese person who is illegally staying in the Republic of Korea, and the victim B (the victim B, the 22 years of age) is a Chinese person who entered the Republic of Korea and currently stays in the Republic of Korea to find a job around June 2019.

1. At around 03:03 on July 10, 2019, the Defendant injured the victim by confinement: (a) the victim set out the telecom with the circumstances described in paragraph (1) while leaving the telecom; (b) the escapeer and the victim put the victim’s arms at the apartment; and (c) the victim forced the victim to move back to the International telecom parking lot; (d) the victim was sitting down on the floor so as not to leave the Defendant’s vehicle continuously; (b) the victim was putting the hand in the reflor; and (c) the victim was forced by the victim into the H car parked in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun; and (d) the victim detained the victim over five minutes until the victim arrives at the MM association located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and then the victim suffered about fourteen days of medical treatment.
