Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the National Sports Promotion Act and opened gambling games (hereinafter “B”) together with one’s name B (hereinafter “B”). The Defendant thought to operate an illegal private sports soil game site.

Accordingly, around July 2012, the Defendant purchased a server of KRW 500,00 from "C", which is a Japanese server company, and requested D to produce a private online game site with a server in Japan, and purchased a website of KRW 2.5 million and notified B of the site address, manager's ID and password.

On September 18, 2012, from around October 8, 2012 to around October 8, 2012, B continued to use the above site provided by the Defendant, F, a member of its member, displayed a total of KRW 1070,000 won on a total of 32 occasions, and caused many and unspecified members to cast sports promotion voting for domestic and foreign sports and refund money according to the dividend rate set by voting item.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, committed acts similar to the issuance of sports promotion voting rights, and opened gambling for profit.

2. He/she shall not provide a third party with personal information without the consent of a subject of information on the protection of personal information, or receive such personal information while knowing the fact;

Nevertheless, on October 22, 2012, the Defendant received 671 list of the members of the “E” sports soil game site in the form of X-cell file without the consent of the subject of information from B at the Defendant’s workplace located in G during the e-mail, and sent it to D via e-mail.
