Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2016, the Defendant operated approximately 3km from a traditional market in Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun, which is under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.147% in around 06:10 on July 24, 2016 to D’s front roads in C.

On February 11, 2017, the Defendant driven the Fpoter 2 cargo vehicle, even though the driver’s license was revoked due to drinking on approximately 23 km section from around 23 km to around 201 to the National Ponding Road in Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, on February 11, 2017.

On March 9, 2017, the Defendant driven the F Poter in the section of about 7 km to the point of 264 km from the Gyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Seoul-do Office of the Gyeongcheon-gun, the Gyeong-do Office of the Gyeong-gun, the Seoul-do Office of the Gyeongcheon-gun, the Seoul-do Office of the Gyeong-do Office of the Gyeong-do Office of the Gyeong-do Office of the Seoul-gun Office of the Gyeong-do Office of the Gyeong-gun Office of the 2017.
