E (hereinafter referred to as “E”) is a corporation established for the purpose of re-treatment of petroleum refined products, and the purpose of refining petroleum by-products and located in I at all times, and Defendant D is a inside director of E and a representative director, and the husband of J, a representative director, who actually operates E.

1. A business entity that discharges designated wastes specified in the Defendant A shall obtain verification on the plan for the disposal of designated wastes or on modification thereof, and shall not discharge, transport, or dispose of designated wastes in a manner different from the details verified or modified;

The controlled waste disposal plan must state clearly the method of the disposal of the designated waste and the agency for the disposal thereof. C's plan for the disposal of the designated waste is not included in the entrusted disposal business entity by K (L) or L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "L") who is an unauthorized waste disposal business entity, and the method of entrusting the disposal of the designated waste to the waste disposal business entity is not also stated in the plan.

From July 2018 to September 2018, the Defendant entrusted the disposal of 120 tons of designated wastes (waste oil, waste organic solvents, etc.) collected by C in the place of business from July 2018 to September 2018 to K via F, a managing director, and re-entrusted the disposal of 200 tons of designated wastes (waste oil and waste organic solvents, etc.) collected by C from C, from September 2018 to October 2018, and re-entrusted the disposal of 360 tons of the waste oil collected by C, at the same place from October 2018 to January 2019.
