A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a hurburged by C in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes”) and the Road Traffic Act

On October 9, 2016, at around 02:45, the Defendant proceeded to the high speed of training from the distance of the national bank located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the intersection of the three-lanes of the national bank, which is located in 201, along the two-lanes from the distance of the training.

Ultimately, the Defendant, due to the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim D, such as catum salt, etc. for about two weeks in need of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim F (57 tax) who is the passenger of the said taxi, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, destroyed the said taxi to the extent of KRW 5,031,628, such as the exchange of cats in front of the said taxi, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victims.

On October 9, 2016, the Defendant was driving a C-A-hurd vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.087% in blood while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from around 201 at a distance of about 4 meters from the training 217, which is located in the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City’s Human Library, from around 02:45, to the front of the National Bank located in 201, a 2km-hurd vehicle.
