1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 68,121,590 and the interest rate thereon from August 19, 2014 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument as a result of the fact-finding on the ground of the claim Nos. 1 to 14 (including the No. 14) and the fact-finding on the above 20.3 Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Co., Ltd.”), the Plaintiff ordered B Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “instant Construction”) to be constructed on May 23, 201 after forming a joint supply and demand organization; the Plaintiff’s claim amounting to KRW 289,30,000 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply); KRW 20,300,000 for the instant Construction Work; KRW 20,00 for the instant Construction Work; KRW 20,000 for the instant Construction Work; KRW 30,00 for the instant Construction Work; KRW 40,000 for the remaining Construction Work; KRW 319,300 for the said Construction Work; and the Plaintiff paid KRW 360,301,60.36
