D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”) is a corporation established for the purpose of construction business, and is a business owner who contracted and executed “I New Construction Works” undertaken in Changwon-si, Changwon-si H from “G” on June 15, 2016.

C was a safety and health manager in charge of the duties to manage the safety of workers at the construction site as a site manager for Defendant D.

A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a corporation established for the purpose of the business of wholesale (CCTV; hereinafter “CCTV”) retail and installation, which is a business owner who subcontracted the installation of CCTV outside the guest room management system from Defendant D to Defendant D.

A as the representative director of Defendant B, a person in charge of the field supervision and safety management of workers.
1. On May 15, 2017, around 14:00, Defendant A, Defendant C, and Defendant C had the victim K ( South and 45 years old) work as a worker of Defendant B at the above construction site, who was located in the victim K (the victim South and 45 years old) with a height of approximately 2.1m higher than that of Defendant A’s mold and the entrance line work.
