Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 13,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of one million won as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Incheon District Court.

At around 03:30 on March 11, 2020, the Defendant driven D 130 automobiles while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.112% of alcohol level at approximately 170 meters from the Do in the front of Busan City to the front of Seocheon-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the duty of prohibition on driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
