On May 2, 2014, the Defendant driven a B Poter vehicle at a distance of about 100 meters from Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-ro 8-ro 20-ro, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, with the alcohol concentration of 0.185%, while under the influence of alcohol around 21:08.
