On March 6, 2014, at around 23:04, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.122%, from the front apartment road in Suwon-si, Sugcheon-dong, Suwon-si, to the front road in front of the yellow Doo-dong in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
