A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2019 Highest 753”, the Defendant: (a) conspired to collect deposits from an account on the grounds that the account was used for a crime by putting a telephone call, which represents the investigative agency or the financial supervisory agency, to the victim selected on a random basis; and (b) the Defendant and B, while misrepresenting the employees of the Financial Supervisory Service, received cash from the victim at the place designated by the victim and delivered the cash withdrawn from the victim at the place designated by the victim; and (c) the Defendant and B, in sequence, conspired to do so by the method designated by the said non-
