Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.076% during blood transfusions around 00:22 on October 27, 2016, and operated B motor vehicles from the roads near the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the roads adjacent to the Changdong-dong main roads located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City to the roads adjacent to the Changdong-dong main roads located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.
