Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although the defendant was married with the victim B, it is currently pending in the trial by filing a divorce lawsuit on October 14, 2016.

On November 2016, the Defendant received one registered mail sent from the staff of the management office in the house of the Defendant and the victim in Daegu Suwon-gu, a police officer, from the staff of the management office, to the victim in Daegu-gu support, and considered the contents of the above postal item sealed to identify the contents of the registered mail.

Accordingly, the defendant opened the sealed letter of other person.
