After the 6th of the first instance judgment, following the 7th of the first instance judgment, “it is insufficient to recognize the Defendant’s assertion even according to the description of evidence Nos. 25 through 29 submitted by the Defendant in the trial.”

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and each appeal against the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
