A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for a violation of the Military Service Act at Jeju District Court on April 24, 2013, and the said suspended sentence became final and conclusive on May 2, 2013, and on March 27, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence at Jeju District Court on March 27, 2014.

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at Jeju District Court on November 30, 2012 and two years of suspended execution for a violation of the said Act on April 24, 2013 at the same court for the same crime on April 2013.
