A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at around 21:46 on October 10, 2019, the Defendant: (b) under the influence of alcohol on a taxi operated by the victim C (59 years of age) on the back seat of the taxi driven by the victim C; and (c) asked the destination to the victim “A, bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch”; (d) while the victim continuously takes a bath while driving the vehicle while driving the vehicle, the Defendant expressed his desire that “I will am the front seat and the front seat as I would go beyond the front seat,” and “I will have the victim waive the normal operation of the taxi, and change the destination to E police station located in Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju.”
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's taxi operation by force.
2. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) visited and paid a fare to the police box in the vicinity of the Gyeonggi Mine Police Station located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, along with a taxi engineer; and (b) discovered that the Victim F (Gain name and 13 years old) was under the influence of alcohol; (c) requested the victim to stop a taxi; (d) the victim took a look at the taxi instead of the phone; and (e) the victim took a bath to the victim, i.e., “F., Don Don Don Don. Don Don Don Don Don. Don Don Don Don, Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don Don, and kn-don kn kn kn knn kn's left side knb knb knb Don, brought the victim to the victim.
3. The Defendant was refusing to comply with the performance of official duties on the same day at around 22:15, the police officer assigned to the above police box who was dispatched to the scene after receiving a report from the Defendant by the police officer at the above police box, and the police officer G to whom he was urged to return home, and the police officer who was urged to do so.
