Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 2012, at around 13:55, the Defendant took a bath on the ground that the victim C (the age of 54) was unable to proceed with the bus in the direction of the victim's desire while getting aboard the D Bus that is driven by the victim C (the age of 54) in the main commercial zone located in Goyang-gu, Mangsan-si, Gyeonggi-do. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant sprinked the victim's breath by hand on his hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is operating a motor vehicle.
