A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 30, 2016, the Defendant, around November 30, 2016 (2017, Gohap 4), driven a motor vehicle from CAW on November 30, 2016, driving the motor vehicle from CAW on November 18:47, 2016, followed the victim E (e.g., 35 years old) by driving the FF-learning motor vehicle, driving the motor vehicle from DWW on the front side of D at the time of Hocheon-si.
The Defendant overtaken the damaged vehicle beyond the median line on the ground that the latter is on the way, and obstructed the passing of the vehicle by making a sudden stop on the front side of the damaged vehicle, obstructed the passing of the vehicle by accelerating the vehicle to be overtaken with the damaged vehicle, obstructed the passing of the vehicle by accelerating the vehicle to the opposite side of the damaged vehicle, and threatened the victim of the vehicle, which is a dangerous object by driving the vehicle, as if it would conflict with the damaged vehicle, after the damaged vehicle enters the rear side of the Defendant vehicle, leaving the vehicle again, and driving the vehicle to the lower side of the damaged vehicle
2. Crimes committed on December 1, 2016 (2017, 1)
A. At around 11:25 on December 1, 2016, the special intimidation: (a) the Defendant: (b) driven the said AWn-Wn-Wn-on car, and (c) obstructed the victim H (57 years) who was the driver of G Cargo, who was trying to go straight along the opposite direction from the Tri-on left-hand left-hand from the Tri-on distance in the U.S. Si-U. Si, U.S., the Defendant threatened the victim as a dangerous object by changing the vehicle from the front of the damaged vehicle to the front of the damaged vehicle in the U.S. at the time of 11:26 on the same day; and (c) driving the flick-on vehicle as if it were to conflict with the damaged vehicle.
B.
