1. Revocation of a judgment of the first instance;

Reasons
In accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, the part citing the judgment of the court of first instance citing the judgment of the court of first instance 2 through 8, and Articles 11 through 15 are cited, and the following is added, and the "this court" is all referred to as the "court of first instance".
