On July 18, 2018, around 10:53, the Defendant: (a) led a baby in front of the 48 urban railroad 1st floor area in the Geum-gu, Busan, a hot spring in the Geum-gu, Busan, and (b) neglected his duty to pay attention to prevent people around the baby from facing or suffering from the baby, and (c) caused the victim B to go beyond the baby wheels, and (d) caused the victim B to suffer about two weeks of medical treatment.
