Basic facts G entered into a loan and credit card transaction agreement with a financial institution as follows, and agreed to obtain a loan or use a credit card from a financial institution, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions of the credit transaction and credit card holders of each financial institution with respect to overdue interest, and the defendant A jointly and severally guaranteed each obligation of 2 and 6 out of the following G obligations.

On May 13, 2005, the Plaintiff acquired the credit held by the aforementioned financial institutions (hereinafter “each of the instant claims”) against G (hereinafter “the instant claims”), i.e., Korea Credit Card Co., Ltd., the transferee of the claim for credit card payments under the order of 4 and 5, and i.e., the transferee of the credit card Co., Ltd., the transferee of the credit card Co., Ltd., and ii). On June 16, 2005, the Plaintiff notified G of the fact of the acquisition of the credit.

The Plaintiff’s claim against G and Defendant A on January 16, 2007 is the sequence 2007Gau1083 of the instant claim.
