1. Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, and H are the Plaintiff:
(a) 1/7.0 of each of the real estates listed in separate sheet 1 to 3.
Reasons
Basic Facts
The plaintiff is a non-profit corporation established in around 1956 to lead a group life of a person who has been discharged from the care center for children affected by Hansen's disease.
The Plaintiff acquired the ownership of the real estate of Naju-si, and leased free of charge to persons affected by Hansen’s disease as residential land, agricultural land, and livestock land. L, who is persons affected by Hansen’s disease, married with her husband M around 1958, was leased from the Plaintiff each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “each of the instant land”; in sequence, “the land No. 1” or “the land No. 4 of this case”) and resided in the house located on the land No. 1 of this case, and the land No. 3 of this case was used as the vegetable vegetable, and the land No. 4 of this case was used as the vegetable.
On January 10, 2008, the network N completed the registration of transfer of ownership under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 7500, May 26, 2005; Act No. 1164, May 26, 2005; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) with respect to the real estate Nos. 1 through 3 of the instant case on the grounds of “sale on April 20, 195,” and completed the registration of transfer of ownership under the Act No. 1311, Apr. 8, 2008 (hereinafter “second ownership transfer registration”). Defendant I completed the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to each of the instant land under the title No. 1311, Jul. 14, 2011 (hereinafter “No. 7, 2015”).
The deceased on August 3, 2011, Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, and H are children.
On May 3, 2019, the Defendant JA (hereinafter “Defendant JA”) received the Naju District Court’s receipt of the instant land No. 13925 on May 3, 2019.
