The Defendant, as the Plaintiff
(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;
(b) 10,30,000 won and this shall apply thereto;
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 27, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to lease each real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “real estate No. 1 of this case”) with the Defendant, with the lease deposit of KRW 40 million, KRW 2 million per month (payment on May 15, 2018), and the lease term of KRW 24 months from May 15, 2018 to May 15, 2020, with the lease term of KRW 24 months, with the lease term of the above lease period of KRW 20,000,000,000,000 from May 15, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “instant lease agreement”). Around that time, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to immediately terminate the contract,
B. On May 23, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on each real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) as indicated in the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with the Defendant, with the overall term of the instant real estate, with the lease deposit of KRW 30 million,000,000 won per month (payment on June 15, 2018) and the lease term of KRW 170,000,000 per month (payment on June 15, 2018) and KRW 24 months from June 15, 2018 to June 14, 2020, with the lease agreement that the Plaintiff may terminate the contract (hereinafter “instant second lease agreement”), and at that time, the Plaintiff transferred the instant real estate No. 2 to the Defendant. 2.
C. The Defendant did not pay to the Plaintiff the rent for June 2019 through August 8, 2019, the rent for February 2020, and the rent thereafter under each of the instant lease agreements.
The rent in arrears for June 2019 through August 8, 2020, January, and February 2020 is 18.5 million won [the monthly rent of KRW 1.7 million under the second lease contract of this case (the monthly rent of KRW 2 million under the first lease contract of this case) x 5 months], and part of the rent in arrears is 370,00 won on May 31, 2019, the defendant paid to the plaintiff as of December 15, 2019, KRW 80,00 won on December 15, 2019, KRW 81.7 million on February 19, 200, KRW 6 million on February 25, 2012).
