On March 14, 2016, the Defendant driven a B vehicle at approximately 500 meters from the vicinity of the happy village in Busan Gangseo-gu to the entrance of the name-free distance in the same Dong under the influence of alcohol level of 0.170% among the blood transfusion around 21:25.
